Ginger Squash Soup

Another one of our soup for hungry cyclists recipes. This one features butternut squash, which is high in beta carotene; and zingy ginger, which aids digestion. As well as being highly nutritious, it’s easy to make and it’s delicious.

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1-2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced

This bar contains oats, raisins, peanuts and almonds, honey, oil and salt. I estimate each square is between 180-220 cal.

Mix the following in a large bowl:

2 cups organic quick oats
