		<description>I agree about ditching the pop, but an aggressive cyclist will be torquing their body pretty hard. I think this atricle applies more to lightly recreational cyclists, than ones that ride hard. Ride hard, and maybe throw in a bit of trail riding, and I think you would be a lot better of than the fat guy watching TV.</description>
