But beware, Decadent Chocolate Mousse is not only delicious, it’s filling – a little goes a long way. During the summer try it with local fresh berries on top.
Decadent Chocolate Mousse
3 ripe avocadoes, skin and pit removed
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until cool and serve with fresh raspberries.
